It is a mixture of five flower essences recommended for stressful situations such as exams, a visit to a dentist, job interview, etc. If you want a more specific and personalized mix, you should consider the following Bach flowers, and select the one that correspond the most to your situation:

  • Mimulus: this flower essence if good for fear of anything you can name: fear of dying, fear of spiders/snakes, fear of losing your job and not be able to pay your bills. Mimulus is also recommended for shy individuals, who have a tendency to stay in their comfort zone and avoid challenges.
  • Aspen: this remedy is for all the unknown and irrational fears. When you are anxious because you think that something bad is going to happen but you don't know what.
