My order arrived, but contains a damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact us by e-mail or live chat. Please be sure to include your order or invoice number in the e-mail, and explain the situation. Examples of damaged items are broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, safety seal removed or torn off, and bottles leaking.
